Olde Thirsty Pig4a Knightrider Street
See more about this pub on WhatPub, CAMRA's national pub guide.
Reputedly the third oldest building in the town, it dates from around 1430 and has a wealth of massive timber beams, sloping floors, curious nooks and crannies on two storeys. It was originally a farmhouse within the estate of the Archbishop's palace. There is a heated and covered courtyard area. The bar contains four hand pumps dispensing ales mainly from Kent microbreweries. Draught local cider is also stocked, along with many bottled beers, including several foreign ones.
