Welcome to CAMRA in Maidstone and Mid Kent
Supporting pubs, clubs, breweries and drinkers of real ale, cider and perry in our local area which spans between West Peckham in the west, Lenham in the east, Hucking in the north and Hawkhurst in the south. It includes areas such as West Malling, Cranbrook, Sutton Valence, Staplehurst and Maidstone itself.
EAST MALLING BEER AND CIDER FESTIVAL
TBA September 2025
Our annual showcase event, usually held on the first Saturday of September each year at East Malling Research Centre.
We aim to have around 70 real ales and 30 ciders and perries on offer along with live music and food vendors.
Draught Copy is the free newsletter of the Maidstone and Mid Kent, Gravesend and Darent Valley, Bexley, Medway and West Kent branches of CAMRA.

CAMRA has named the best four member clubs in the UK as part of its Club of the Year 2024 competition. The top four clubs are:
Reading Room, St Helens
Kettering Midland Band Social Club, Kettering
Firs Club, Codsall
and our very own Marden Village Club, Marden.
The four finalists will now have a chance to win the overall Club of the Year title for 2024, to be announced in early 2025.
